Questions
01Where is my plan stored?
Without an account, in your browser (localStorage) and in any .json file you save. With an account, your projects are kept in the cloud too: Save sends the latest version there.
02Can I trace an existing plan?
Yes — upload a PNG or JPG as an underlay, mark one known size and draw the walls over it.
03Metric or imperial?
Both. Switch at any time; the drawing itself is stored in centimetres.
04Can I open the plan on another computer?
Yes. Sign in there and your projects are waiting. Without an account, save the plan as a .json file from the File menu and open that file anywhere.
05What happens to the plan I drew before signing up?
It moves into your account the first time you sign in. If your tier is already full, you choose which plan to keep — nothing is overwritten without asking.
06Is it really free?
Yes. Drawing and export are free, with or without an account, and never carry a watermark. The Free tier costs nothing too; Premium and Enterprise, with room for more projects in the cloud, are coming soon.
