Terms of Use

The site is run by Drawflat, Warsaw, Poland (“we”). It is a free, non-commercial project. You can reach us at privacy@drawflat.com.

Drawflat is a web editor for schematic 2D floor plans: walls, rooms, doors, windows, furniture and labels. You can export a plan as an image or an SVG file.

Plans are schematic illustrations. They are not surveys, construction drawings or legally binding measurements. Please do not rely on them as such.

The site is free. We sell nothing, accept no payments and offer no paid plans. Using it creates no obligation to pay anyone.

There is no registration and no account. Your plans are kept only in your own browser and in the files you download. We never receive them, so we cannot restore a lost plan. Download a file of any plan you want to keep.

Exported images carry a small «drawflat.com» mark.

Everything you draw and every image you add (for example, a scan of a floor plan used as an underlay) stays yours. We claim no rights to it.

Only add images and material you have the right to use. You are responsible for making sure they do not infringe anyone’s rights.

Please do not:

• use the site to break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• try to break into, probe or overload the site;
• scrape it by automated means beyond ordinary personal use;
• resell the service or present it as your own without our written permission.

We may block access for anyone who does.

The Drawflat software, design, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive right to use the site. The images and SVG files you export from your plans are yours to use as you like, including commercially.

We try to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

We may change or remove features, or close the site.

The site is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranties.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site or from relying on a plan’s dimensions or areas, including lost data or lost profits. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right that cannot be waived by agreement.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protection of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.

If something goes wrong, please write to us first. Most things are easier to fix directly.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new version applies.
